Work we carried out in 2010
Szank demolition permit plan
The planning task was carried out at MOL Plc. KTD Szank Gas Plant. Our task was that demolition should take place in accordance with 96/2005 (XI. 4.) GKM - on mining supervision under the jurisdiction of rules for administrative procedures for specific constructions - for the intended "Szank Gas-plant Energy Rationalization project upgrade heating system and various other operational changes to be carried out" as within the scope of the project. We completed the design as commissioned by Kraftszer Ltd.

The demolition tasks included:
  • the demolition of the collective gas-drying equipment;
  • the demolition of H-801 and H-802 marked crude condenser coolers and pipelines;
  • the demolition of L-811 and L-812 marked cast-iron condenser pumps and pipelines.

The task was carried out with "traditional" tools, with 2D design processing; with the demolition of the detailed pipe-layout being isometrically solved.

The planning was carried out during the winter of 2010. The construction will be implemented in 2011.

MOL Plc. TKD Refinery, supply of raw materials to build DBK4
The task of planning was performed at the MOL Plc. TKD Refinery, DBK4 plant. The 371 marked field installed pumps, the 303/1-2 marked suction pumps and their compressors were modified by the separation of the two drive units´ technical functions. The pump marked 303/1 carried out its original function, while the pump marked 303/2 became DBK4 the plant´s ballast pump. In the area surrounding the pump, in addition to the restructuring outlined above, it became necessary to replace 4 individual valves, as well. The plan was carried out on behalf of PV.PLAN Ltd.

Amongst our tasks included:
  • Two pumps from a shared suction branch, the pump marked 303/2 renewed, building in DN150 sized ducting;
  • removal of the intake marked 305/1-2 in the direction of the pumps;
  • separation of the shared discharge of the pumps marked 303/1-2;
  • construction of a new discharge pump from the base along the paths of 71 and 3.
  • valve replacements in the area around the pump marked 371.

The task was carried out with "traditional" tools, with 2D design processing; with the pipeline layout being solved with detailed diagrams.

The planning was carried out in the autumn of 2010.
ISD COKING Ltd. Closed CLAUS technology plan for their implementation and technical supervision
The task of planning the ISD Coking Ltd. plant was performed. The implementation was then carried out in accordance with the detailed drafted plans we had drawn up. During the implementation we assisted the work of BIS Hungary Ltd. with engineering technical supervision.

Completed the task of preparing the implementation plan, in which we worked through the proposed implementation, additionally entering amendments to the construction plan in the logbook.

The planning was carried out on behalf of the BIS Hungary Ltd.

The task was carried out with "traditional" tools, with 2D design processing; with required design changes being solved through processing them.

The planning was carried out in the second half of 2010. The implementation was successfully completed in the January of 2011.
Dunamenti Powerplant Ltd. G3 gas receiver G4 measuring station wiring plan
The planning task was carried out under the Dunamenti Powerplant Ltd. G3 Repowering Project on the Kraftszer Ltd. prepared commission.

The F8 division of the Dunamenti Powerplant decided on modernization, within the framework of which a gas turbine incorporating a combined cycle HRSG unit was developed. Our company carried out the design of the gas turbine´s gas supply pipeline. Amongst our tasks was the future modernization of the F9 Unit (G4 cycle), including the inspection of the pipelines' increased pressure. The design carried out in both English and Hungarian.

The planning tasks were:
  • the G3 gas supply DN250 pipeline´s planned layout between the so-called 'final skid' and 'skid fuel' - 07EKD70 BR202.
  • the DN50 lighter fuel's planned layout between the 'final skid' and the GT portico - 07EKD80 BR252.
  • inspection of the G4 underground gas supply pipeline and the underground power line under operational pressure of 55 bar.

General design for the 3D data services we provided as part of the gas pipelines we had planned.
The task was carried out with "traditional" tools, with 2D design processing; with solutions provided through pipeline plans, detailed isometrics and state-of-the-art intensive 3D data services and FEM-based stress analysis.

The planning was carried out in the summer of 2010. The finished implementation will occur during 2011.
Preparation of the gas pendulum design plans for the exchange of the MOL Plc. Algyő Main Gathering Station T-5002 series water hydrant pipelines connected with the tank
The planning was carried out on behalf of the MOL Plc. Algyő Mains Gathering Station. Converting the floating roof storage tank marked T-5002 to a fixed roof storage tank design. In connection with the conversion of the storage tanks it was necessary to convert the connecting fire hydrant and the gap circulation pipeline. The design was completed from the mandate given by PV.PLAN Ltd.

Amongst our tasks included:
  • planning the security of the tank and its containing area, in addition to the details of the fire protection system;
  • connection of the tanks gas supply into the pre-existing sealed gas circulation system.

The task was carried out with "traditional" tools, with 2D design processing, with solutions provided through pipeline plans, isometrics and detailed drawings. We prepared the draft plan and permit planning documentation.

The planning was carried out in the summer of 2010.
