The design was carried out at the P + M Polymer Chemical Ltd. Polymer Chemistry laboratory testing plant. The 50 liter reactor had to be installed within the operator\\\'s stand from its current location in the pilot plant, and had to be connected together to the heat exchanger vessel that was there. The planning was carried out on behalf of P & M Polymer Chemical Ltd.

Before the relocation could take place the 250 liter reactor and its apparatus lying in that area had to be demolished. The reactor\\\'s 25 liter enameled collecting dish had to be installed under the holding framework and connected in to act as a secondary collecting dish. We designed the basic materials for the feed assembly and completed modification of the product and waste streams draining well. The project came within the umbrella of the location\\\'s exhaust extraction development and of the site\\\'s general exhaust system.

We solved the task with "traditional" tools, with 2D design processing, with plan view and technical flowchart diagrams.

The planning was carried out at the end of 2006, the construction being successfully completed in 2007.
